Probation Office

The Office of Probation monitors and submits reports on criminal offenders on probation. The Office seeks to ensure that the terms and conditions of probation are met by providing educational and job placement assistance and counseling. The Office of Probation also prepares and submits pre-sentencing reports to the Court for the purpose of determining appropriate and just punishment of criminal offenders.

OFFICE HOURS: Probation includes two offices, our main office in Ngerulmud and the other office in Koror. Probation office staff rotates between the two offices. Our regular office hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday except national holidays.
